Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Dobby the house-elf has a warning for Harry Potter: don't go back to Hogwarts. Harry has his suspicions about who's really behind it - his rival Draco Malfoy seems the obvious candidate - but there's little time to dwell on it once Ron Weasley turns up in an enchanted flying car to rescue him from the Dursleys. A summer full of magical distractions at The Burrow makes Dobby's frantic warnings easy to forget. Back at school, though, a sinister message daubed in a dark corridor suggests he should have listened.
