Michelangelo`s Notebooks

Michelangelo filled hundreds of sheets of paper with sketches, architectural drawings and studies, many of which formed the basis for his finished masterpieces. Organised chronologically, this collection brings together his drawings alongside facsimiles of his poems and letters and reproductions of finished artwork, tracing the life and work of one of the towering figures of the Renaissance in his own hand.
