Reading with Fairytales Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Built around the familiar tale of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, this activity storybook invites young children to do more than just listen. A grown-up reads the main story aloud, illustrations bring the tale to life, and child and adult read a simple sentence together along the way. Can You Spot? activities encourage children to interact with the pictures, while reward stickers add encouragement as young readers build confidence with new sounds and words. A picture quiz, a rhyming words task and a picture dictionary bring in Key Stage 1 skills, all wrapped around a story many will already recognise.
