Immigrant SCI-FI Short Stories

These stories look at the world through the eyes of the incoming - people displaced by war, oppression, financial hardship or family need, or drawn onward by hope for something better. Set against future and speculative backdrops, they explore what it means to leave one place for another, and what displacement and relocation might look like when imagined beyond the world we know. The collection sits within Flame Tree's wider Gothic Fantasy, Classic Stories and Epic Tales series, which bring together the roots of suspense, supernatural, science fiction and mystery writing from across myth, folklore and modern short fiction.
